  • Marine – including dynamic positioning
  • Well control systems (surface and subsea)
  • HSE Specialist

Mitigates both Commercial and Legal risk

An independent third party acts as a conduit between the operator and asset owner and where applicable between the shipyard and aforementioned party (s)

Allows for accurate budgeting of expenditure of pre-startup capital expenditure
